This jungle expedition ship has as its first priority passengers safety. The new Manatee Amazon Explorer is prepared for the most adverse conditions and it counts with the best crew for navigation in the Amazon tributaries such as the Napo river. Once on board and during your excursions, passengers will be informed about safety and environmental rules due to the protected areas and national parks that boat visits. A briefing for each daily excursion will be given to the passengers before going on shore. Also for your daily exploration activities, the new Manatee features a fleet of canoes that provides easy access to isolated paths in to the amazon jungle.
Daily canoe and land tours are part of the journey, these guided excursions will be carried on mainly early in the morning and late in the afternoon when wildlife is active and visible in the amazon rainforest. In between expeditions, passengers will enjoy lectures about the amazon flora and fauna; they can also relax in the open areas such as the sun deck to admire the landscapes and do animal observation. The new Manatee Amazon Explorer features 14 ample and comfortable cabins, all of them feature air conditioned, panoramic glass sliding doors and private balconies.
The manatee counts with four deluxe cabins including a Jacuzzi for a better accommodation option.
This new Amazon River cruise has an alfresco restaurant and bar for panoramic views of the amazon rainforest. Also as part of their outdoor area, the new Manatee has an observation deck and Jacuzzi, ideal places to relax and enjoy the amazon jungle.During your Amazon River cruise you will be part of cultural encounters and activities with local communities.
